Welcome to LED Banner. By downloading, installing, or using the LED Banner mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
LED Banner is a mobile application that turns your device screen into a scrolling LED text display. The App allows you to:
- Create scrolling text banners with customizable colors
- Choose from multiple LED-style fonts and effects
- Adjust scroll speed, direction, and display brightness
- Use your device as a cheer board or communication tool
3. User Responsibilities
When using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not display offensive, harmful, or illegal content
- Not use the App in a way that could distract drivers or endanger safety
- Comply with all applicable local laws and venue regulations
- Take responsibility for any content you choose to display
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, compilation, and other matters related to the App are protected by applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The App, including its code, design, and branding, is the exclusive property of LED Banner and its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the App's branding for commercial purposes
5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription-based features. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Refund policies are governed by the applicable store's policies.
6. Advertisements
The App may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of these advertisements. Your interaction with any advertiser is solely between you and the advertiser.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected in a specific timeframe
- The App will meet your specific requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LED Banner and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
